The man is an acomplished fraudster. Love his charm and charisma? Very good. Just pay for it. But still ask him how much he owes his "partners" and employees. How many people are after him? Ah, very many! He is just smiling. It's you who is next! Please check his story and if still naive, never pay him or do work in advance.
