Brainpower CIS possesses an active database of over 25 000 candidates, both expatriates and Russians, each with a proven track record in the CIS and Central Europe. Our database is updated daily to ensure completeness and accuracy. Each candidate has been interviewed by at least one of our recruiters and may be re-interviewed for specific positions. All interviews are conducted in either English or French. Although this process can be time consuming it helps to ensure selection of the right candidate for each client.
Successful recruiting is based on understanding the corporate culture of each client and analysing his specific needs. After a careful recruitment needs analysis, a detailed job description is promptly shared with other Brainpower CIS consultants to pinpoint a search strategy. Our research team then accesses our computer databases of individuals, corporations and other sources. Resumes, accompanied by confidential written reports, are typically submitted on three or four individuals who most closely fit the position specification.

We arrange the process of interviews from start to finish and counsel the client at any time about each applicant. We also check references and qualifications.
