We are based in 10 years old private building with offices, bars, dancing and art studio. Staroff Hostel is located in central part of city, 5 min walking from the main avenue, and close to all the main city attractions. Nearby you can find: bars for any taste, restaurants, shops, churches, museums, Summer garden, circus, hospital, drugstores. Very well developed old part of the city. The Hostel offers comfortable double, triple, quadruple, an 6 persons bedroom. In total there are 13 rooms with 11 wc, partly en suite, and some shared. Equipped kitchen with dish-washing machine is available on site, as well as living room with fire place sofas and stylish armchairs.
